This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Gener8ted Art are produced, shipped, and delivered.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and other legal notices available on the Site.

2. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
All products sold by Gener8ted Art are produced on a print-on-demand basis.
Orders are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print and logistics partners (“Print Providers”) selected by Gener8ted Art. Where possible, products are produced in facilities geographically close to the delivery destination to reduce transit times and environmental impact.
As a result:

Products are not held in stock.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Production and shipping are handled by independent third parties.
3. Production Times
Production times vary by product type and fulfilment location.
Typical production times are:

Wall art and prints: approximately 2–7 business days

Apparel and accessories: approximately 2–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, product complexity, supply availability, or operational constraints.
Production times do not include shipping transit time.
4. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Shipping options, carriers and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Estimated transit times typically range from:

Domestic shipments: 2–7 business days after production

International shipments: 5–15 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Factors that may affect delivery include:

customs inspections;

weather conditions;

public holidays;

incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

destination address;
-
product size, weight and quantity;

selected shipping method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
6. International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Gener8ted Art ships internationally to many destinations.
For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs fees or import charges.
Gener8ted Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

we are not responsible for the delay or loss; and

replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
8. Delivery Issues and Lost Shipments
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly in the first instance.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will review the claim and may, at our discretion:

issue a replacement, or
-
provide store credit.
Delivery delays alone do not constitute loss.
9. Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging) is required.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipping to all regions due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions.
Availability is indicated on the Site or at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the selected destination.
