1. About This Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Gener8ted Art website and platform.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and other legal notices available on the Site.

2. Print-on-Demand Products – All Sales Final
All products sold by Gener8ted Art are made to order using print-on-demand manufacturing.
As a result:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

Wall art (canvas prints, posters, framed prints)

Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts)
-
Homeware and accessories (mousepads, desk mats, and similar items)
Each item is produced specifically for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the following reasons:

Incorrect size, variant or product selected at checkout

Change of mind after purchase

Colour or appearance differences due to screen or device settings

Minor variations inherent to print-on-demand production

Delivery delays outside our control

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information and shipping addresses carefully before completing checkout.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please email legal@gener8ted.art with:

Your full name and order number

Clear photographs showing the issue (including packaging, where relevant)

A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be accepted.
5. Resolution of Valid Claims
If we verify that a product is damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error in production or fulfilment, we may, at our discretion:

Issue a replacement product, or
-
Provide store credit for a future purchase
Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by law.
6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.
Delivery delays or carrier disruptions alone do not constitute loss.
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Production typically begins shortly after checkout, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has entered the production process.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will prevail over this policy.
